For example, if you are doing a direct mail campaign and you submit your client database, you will need to submit your client’s addresses to us. We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

Any design created by Chronos Marketing is ©Copyrighted and may be used as a sample to show other potential clients as a portfolio. That includes but is not limited to online portfolio gallery, printed samples, email designs. The same way we show you samples of previous jobs we have done for other clients to give you ideas of what may work for you and the quality of our work, we may show others a sample of the work we did for your company. If you prefer to remain anonymous throughout your designs, that needs to be expressed in writing to Chronos Marketing in advance and agreed upon.

Our Commitment To Data Security

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. All the sensitive information collected such as credit card numbers, are encrypted using the best software in the industry (SSL).

TERMS OF USE

Color Quality

Chronos Marketing guarantees that its prints will meet CMYK industry standards. We cannot guarantee "match-print" color fidelity and cannot prevent slight color shift throughout an order. Because we cannot control the color reproduction of a customer's computer monitor, we cannot guarantee that the actual print color will precisely match any preview as it appears on your monitor. Chronos Marketing is not responsible for any color shift in converted photographs (RGB images) with black, near black, or gray tones. Color shifts from a perceived black or gray must be addressed prior to file submission. Proofs do not guarantee black, near black or gray final output. Please note that the application of UV coating may have an effect upon or change the appearance of printed colors. Chronos Marketing is not liable for the final color appearance of a UV coated product.

Over | Under Runs

Although we endeavor to ship the quantity ordered, Chronos Marketing reserves the right to ship within 5% over or under the requested quantity. If a minimum quantity is a necessity we recommend that you adjust the total quantity ordered to account for the possibility of an under run. If an exact quantity is an absolute necessity please contact one of our customer service representatives.

Order Approval | Proofing

Chronos Marketing is not responsible for any error, typo or any mistake whatsoever in regards to a proof that has been given the final “okay” to print. Whether it be a mistake by yourself or an error on our part. You are responsible to read through the entire job, make sure there are no typo’s or errors of any kind as Chronos Marketing will not be held responsible for any error regardless of where the error originated. Once the final okay has been given to proceed with production by you, we will not be held liable for any errors or omissions.

Promotions, Special Offers

From time to time, Chronos Marketing may have a special offer, if that special offer is not mentioned prior to your order being placed, we cannot offer the special rate, we cannot reimburse or add future credit to account. We reserve the right to disallow a certain special offer based on discount you may already receive, therefore not allowing a combination of 2 discounted rates.

Payment

In most cases, we will require a fifty percent deposit prior to commencing work and the balance to be paid in full before releasing the final product to you. Whether it be in print, graphic design or web design. This is our standard procedure.

Cancellation of Order

A cancellation of an order can be completed within 1 hour of placing the order or in some circumstances, prior to it reaching production. If you cancel an order prior to it entering into production a Chronos Marketing Customer Service representative will inform you of any cancellation charges incurred. (Please allow at least 10 business days for any refunded monies to be credited to your account). A print order cannot be canceled and no refund will be given once it has entered into production or any process thereafter. No refunds are issued for Logo and Graphic and/or Web design services. All cancellations must be completed through a customer service representative, you may also be requested to confirm the cancellation in writing through email. We at Chronos Marketing try our very best to produce the best quality marketing and offer our very best in service and appreciate your business.

Governing Law

The Site Terms and your use of this Website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Province of Ontario in Canada, without resort or giving effect to conflict of law provisions. Regardless of where you access this site, you agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these Site Terms and/or your use of this Website shall be filed and adjudicated only in the federal or state courts located in Toronto, Ontario and you hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts over any suit, action or proceeding arising out of or under these Site Terms and or your use of this Website. This Agreement is not governed by the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, the application of which is expressly excluded.

Chronos Marketing reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime for any reason.
